Your inquiry
Buyer and general inquiries include your name, email, optional phone number, preferred reply method, message and the selected item details. Equipment-wanted requests also include your equipment preferences, budget, location and timing. Seller inquiries include the equipment details and any photos you attach.
When you submit a form, this information is sent to WTF Surplus through FormSubmit to respond to your inquiry. Review FormSubmit’s privacy policy for its handling of submissions. Seller photos are not automatically published in our inventory. This site does not collect payment card details or save your form responses in browser storage.
Purchases & pickup
All prices are asking prices in US dollars. Confirm availability, the final total including applicable charges, payment methods, condition, included equipment and pickup arrangements directly before purchasing. Discuss any warranty or return terms before agreeing to the sale. A submitted inquiry does not purchase or reserve an item.
Photos & equipment information
Actual item photos, original auction photos and stock images are labeled. Auction photos may not show current condition, and stock images are references only. “Unused at purchase” describes the condition when acquired; it is not confirmation of testing or a warranty. Check dimensions, ratings and compatibility before use. Equipment brand names identify the items and do not imply dealer affiliation.
